Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VEducate Academy ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user", "student", "instructor", "recruiter", or "you") and VEducate Academy, concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile application, learning management system (LMS), and related software services.

By accessing, registering, browsing, or utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements referenced herein. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Scope

The Platform is intended solely for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capability to enter into this contract, that all registration details submitted are truthful and accurate, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access platform components such as online courses, learning roadmaps, gamification structures, and portfolios, you must create a user account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during the sign-up process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password combinations. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to change, reclaim, or force a reset of usernames that are deemed offensive, duplicate, or violating intellectual property rights.

4. Authentication & Security

We utilize secure verification mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent via email or phone/SMS networks, to secure user identities.

You represent and warrant that the phone number and email address provided belong directly to you. You acknowledge that failure to complete the security challenge verification or presenting falsified credentials will result in immediate denial of access and suspension of security tokens.

5. Course Access

Upon enrolling in a course, seminar, or learning track, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the video lectures, quizzes, and related educational resources.

Unless otherwise specified, this access is provided on a personal basis. Sharing course credentials, capturing or distributing lectures, or mirroring platform screens is strictly prohibited. You are granted access for the duration of the active subscription or standard catalog duration defined on the checkout screen.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to engage with the Platform in a constructive, ethical manner. You must complete assignments, quizzes, and labs independently unless collaboration is explicitly authorized.

You agree to abide by all platform rules regarding gamification, XP scoring, quests, and leaderboard standing. Attempts to manipulate rankings, cheat on assessments, or copy repository solutions will result in points forfeiture.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

  • Systematically retrieving data or content to create a database or directory.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features.
  • Engaging in unauthorized framing or linking to the Platform.
  • Using automated agents, scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers.
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other students or instructors.

8. AI Assistant Usage

AI Usage Disclaimer: AI-generated guidance, suggestions, interactive chat logs, code reviews, and learning assistance are provided strictly for educational purposes. They do not represent professional, technical, legal, financial, or career advice.

VEducate Academy does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or safety of recommendations generated by the AI assistant. Users are encouraged to cross-reference code snippets, recommendations, and explanations with official manuals and instructor reviews before implementation in production setups.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, database schemas, UI elements, graphics, site designs, audio, video lectures, and learning track documents are owned or licensed by VEducate Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret regulations.

No part of the Platform or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

10. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are displayed on our purchase screens. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) or converted local currency, inclusive of applicable taxes, unless indicated otherwise.

Due to the digital delivery nature of our interactive learning tracks, video lectures, and instant portal activations, all payments made are non-refundable unless specified by an explicit money-back policy displayed during checkout. Chargeback requests will lead to permanent account suspension.

11. Certificates & Credentials

Course completion certificates are issued only when a student fulfills all requirements, including video progression milestones, assignments, quizzes, and coding lab criteria.

VEducate Academy retains the right to verify, audit, or rescind a certificate if fraud, plagiarized code, identity mismatch, or terms violations are discovered at a later date.

12. Internship & Job Services

We coordinate with industry partners to list internship and employment options on our careers board. While we facilitate talent pipeline matching, we do not guarantee job placement, internship approval, interview invitations, or specific salary brackets.

Hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiting firms. Users are advised to independently check credentials, company policies, and job details before entering agreements with partner organizations.

13. Recruiter Access

Recruiters and hiring partners are granted access to the Platform to view student profiles and search candidates for placements.

Recruiters agree to utilize student details exclusively for placement and hiring activities, and to maintain the privacy of all student contact details, resumes, and portfolios. Sharing or selling candidates' contact sheets with unauthorized networks is strictly prohibited.

14. Student Profile Visibility

Recruitment & Profile Consent Clause: Students may voluntarily opt in to make their portfolios, skills, badges, and contact information visible to approved recruiters. Profile information, certifications, resumes, and communication links shall only be shared with hiring partners when the student has provided explicit consent through their profile configuration toggles.

Students can revoke consent or modify visibility options at any time. When visibility is disabled, recruiter panels will no longer be able to search or view the profile details.

15. User Generated Content

The Platform allows you to post comments, project portfolios, files, code repositories, and participate in community channels. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to store, host, display, and distribute it for platform operations.

You agree that your content will not violate intellectual property rights of others, contain malware, or violate general decency. We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice.

16. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain maximum uptime for our services. However, you acknowledge that server maintenance, network lags, API interruptions, or force majeure events can lead to temporary service downtime.

We are not responsible for any learning disruption, loss of progress data, or missed assessment deadlines during these temporary outages.

17. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to terminate or suspend your account and block access to the Platform for any reason, including breach of representation, violation of our acceptable use guidelines, or failure to process payments.

Upon termination, your license to access course materials, certificates, and community chats terminates immediately.

18. Limitation of Liability

In no event will VEducate Academy, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: your content, your use of the Platform, or breach of these Terms.

20. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, video streaming services, live-class portals, or payment gateways. We do not endorse, monitor, or accept liability for the privacy policies, content, or accuracy of these external web systems.

21. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our Services without notice at any time.

22. Governing Law (India)

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
